  • Draw up a Contract / Letter of Engagement between Estate Agency and Clients
  • Prepare a draft Brochure of the property with clients input and agreement.
  • Publish the property brochure on the agreed websites
  • Agree viewing arrangements and communication of bidding and sales progress.
  • Negotiate and agree price with successful purchasers
  • Take booking deposit when sale is agreed
  • Send agreed sales advice letter / Memorandum to Clients, Purchasers and both Solicitors
  • Facilitate surveyors, valuers and other professionals during the process
  • Engage with solicitors to ensure a speedy signing of contracts
  • Facilitate key and services transfer to purchasers when sale is concluded
  • Issue invoice in respect of fees and costs as agreed, transfer balance deposit to the clients solicitor.

We continue to work with the solicitor and the vendors until the sale is successfully concluded.
