  • Negotiate and finalise the sale price with the successful purchaser on your behalf
  • Secure the booking deposit and confirm the sale agreement.
  • Prepare and issue the Sales Advice Letter (Memorandum of Sale) to all parties involved - client(s), purchaser(s), and their respective solicitors
  • Coordinate access for surveyors, valuers, and other professionals as required throughout the process.
  • Liaise with solicitors to ensure prompt progression and timely signing of contracts.
  • Arrange handover of keys and transfer of utility services to the purchaser upon completion of the sale.
  • Issue our invoice for agreed fees and disbursements, and transfer the balance of the deposit to your solicitor
